Jennifer Fenner, Director
Education: Associates in Early Childhood Development
Certifications: BLS, First Aid & CPR, MAT, Bloodnborn pathagens and Fairfax County Food Manger Certificate
I bring over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a lifelong passion for helping young children grow, learn, and thrive. I work closely with our teachers and staff to ensure our classrooms are safe, engaging, and filled with meaningful learning experiences that meet each child where they are. I’m proud to lead a school where passionate educators and connected families come together to build the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Sherry Justice, Assistant Director
Education: Degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Humanities
Certifications: CPR/First Aid, MAT, DHO
With over 12 years in early childhood education, I've served as a teacher and team lead fostering strong connections with children and families. As Assistant Director in ECE, I'm passionate about their safety, happiness, and growth. My background in Liberal Arts and Humanities enhances my approach to educational leadership and innovation.
