Easing the Child Care Transition for Children — and Parents
We know starting at a new school or changing daycare schools can be a challenge. That’s why we strive to ease the transition process through open communication.
First few weeks
We’ve structured the first few weeks of your child’s time at Childtime in a way that makes the transition as smooth as possible.
During the first few weeks, you can expect:
- A tour of your child’s classroom, including an overview of your child’s daily routine.
- A welcome letter.
- A letter and photo from your child’s first day.
- A lot of face-to-face communication.
Of course, our open communication policy doesn’t stop at the first few weeks. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about our child care. And our open-door policy means parents are always invited to stop by and experience Childtime programs in action.
