Pam Deem, Director

Education: U.C.L.A. and Long Beach City College; Child Development Program/Business Management

Certifications: CPR, Child and Pediatric First Aid, ServSafe Food Handler Certification, COVID-19 Safe Food Handling

I have a passion for early childhood education and began my career as a Kindergarten teacher with a focus on becoming a Director. With a partnership between home and school, my goal is to provide the best learning experience possible. I also love preparing children for a lifelong love of learning!

I have been with Childtime since 2006 and have been in various roles including Lead Teacher, Bus Driver and Safety Captain. I have a strong background in Child Development and experience working with toddlers through school age children. I am dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for all families that attend Childtime. I greet each day as a new opportunity to make a difference in a child's life!
