Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime in Cuyahoga Falls, OH! My name is Christina and I am the center director at this school. I have over 16 years of management experience and have been with Childtime for six years, holding positions ranging from Lead Teacher to Center Director.

We are currently a 4-Star Step Up to Quality center through the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. We have multiple educators with over 20 years of experience. Our teachers also participate in bi-annual professional development to stay up to date on best practices and child development.

Christina Disantis, Director

Education: Associate's Degree in Business Administration

Certifications: First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Prevention, Communicable Disease

I have over 17 years of management experience. I enjoy every single aspect of my job and continue to learn and grow every single day along with the children in our care. I am passionate about training teachers and watching them grow into their roles. I love to see children learn and grow each and every day through play.

Dana Sparks, Assistant Director

Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Development and Family Studies

I have over 10 years of experience working with children from ages six weeks to 12 years. I have been with Childtime for four years, starting out as a lead teacher, on to a team Lead and now loving my role as assistant director. I love Early Childhood Education as it is one of the most important stepping stones to greater success for children and nothing gives me greater joy than being a small part of that success.

Education: CDA with a Focus on Infants and Toddlers

I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old and have two wonderful children of my own. I have over 15 years of experience working with children ages six weeks to 12 years of age. I have been with Childtime since April of 2009 and have been a Lead toddler teacher followed by my current position of lead infant teacher. Along with being the team lead, I am our centers safety captain. I ensure our teachers are fully trained and following all of our safety procedures.

DaVasja Caldwell, Team Lead

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Development

Certifications: Certificate in Family and Parent Education; First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse Prevention

I became a part of the Childtime Family in May of 2018. I started as the assistant toddler teacher and transitioned into the lead early Preschool teacher. In 2020, I became the Pre-K teacher. I love teaching, and education has always been a priority in my life. In the fall of 2021, I will be attending Western Governors University to earn my master's degree in elementary education.
