Welcome to Childtime in Winston-Salem, NC! We offer programs ranging from Infant Care to Preschool to Pre-Kindergarten. Our programs will exceed your expectations for an early child care facility. After your child begins elementary school, we can continue our journey with them by providing Before and After School Care and as well as a Summer Camp up until age 12.
We are excited to offer a technology based program in our School-Age class. These enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music and videos, tripods for moviemaking, robots for coding and more! Together, our staff has more than 100 years of experience at this location. All teachers participate in ongoing training throughout the year. Additionally, we have an amazing cook who ensures that the children receive healthy and balanced meals that are safe for those with allergies. Since we opened in 1991, we have provided a safe and welcoming learning environment for children within the Forsyth and Davidson County areas. I have been with the company since 1996. I worked with infants and toddlers initially and was promoted to center director in 2006. I hold a Bachelors Degree of Science and Social Work. My passion is working with children and families and providing the best education and experience families and children can receive.
Education: N.C. Early Childhood Credentials and Admin I and II
Certifications: BSAC, CPR, First Aid, SIDS, Emergency Prepardeness and Response
I have been with the company since 2000. My passion for children began at the age of 5. I began my journey at La Petite Academy in Winston Salem in 2000 and was promoted to assistant director in 2013. I love being able to not only work with children, but families as well.
