Welcome to Childtime in Pataskala, OH.

At Childtime, our Infant, Toddler and Preschool programs provide the perfect foundation for learning and development. We devote our time to making sure each child is given nothing but the best care and early education experience. We have a wonderful team of teachers at our school - they have more than 180 years of combined experience!

Shannon Mallett, Director

Education: Bachelor of Science in Education

Certifications: CPR, First Aid & AED, Communicable Disease Management, Child Abuse Recognition

I taught preschool for three years prior to becoming apart of the administrative team at Childtime. I started as the school's assistant director in 2016 and became the school's director in 2020. I love that our school becomes a home away from home for the children. Watching each child grow and hit those major milestones together with their families is what it's all about.

I started at Childtime when I was 18 years old, fresh out of high school, after graduating from the childcare program through CTEC of Licking County. During my tenure at Childtime, I have worked with every age group that we provide care for, I eventually found my passion in the preschool classroom where I taught in until I became the school's assistant director in 2020. I am one of the three employee's who have the building dedicated to them for my 20 years of tenure.
