In our carefully curated classrooms, children discover a special place that encourages their curiosity and wonder. They will play, explore, make friends, and connect with teachers.

We want children to explore and each classroom learning environment is designed with that in mind. These are spaces that encourage movement, discovery, and sharing. Children are given the space they need to create, converse, imagine, build, design, and investigate.

Communication Center

Words are everywhere in our classrooms, but especially here, where children discover the magic of storytelling and the joy of conversation. They make their mark through drawing, scribbling, and other early writing to express their big ideas. There are many opportunities for language development to explore.

Creation Center

Your child’s personality is taking shape throughout early childhood, and they are ready to express themselves. Art and creative activities give them an outlet to share their feelings and show their thinking in visual terms, using any creative material.

Discovery Center

Mathematical thinking begins early. Children’s problem-solving and reasoning skills are strengthened through the exploration of patterns, shapes, sorting, and organization. The tactile experiences in the Discovery Center bring math to life in ways that will stay with the children for years to come.

Dramatic play, music, and movement are all ways for children to explore and be creative. There’s no limit to what they might experience or discover, because there is no limit to what they can imagine! Pretending and playing are ways for them to develop essential critical thinking skills that will help them learn and thrive.

Social-emotional development is an essential element of early learning and it’s the focus of this dedicated quiet area. Here, children have the space to relax, recharge, and reflect on their day while developing the self-regulation skills that are foundational to lifelong well-being. This peaceful retreat helps young learners gain a deeper understanding of their feelings and learn to communicate their needs with growing confidence.

Investigation Center (Early Preschool to Pre-K)

Play-based learning and scientific thinking go hand in hand in this center! Children engage all their senses through interactive materials and real-world experiences that spark curiosity. By experimenting freely and asking big questions, young learners develop critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their education and beyond.

Learning Outdoors

There’s a whole world of wonder and discovery as soon as you step outside. The natural environment provides ample opportunities to explore and gain needed skills.

Infant Learning Centers

Cozy Area: Children have a safe, quiet place to relax, read books, have conversations, and snuggle together.

Personal Care Area: Care routines allow teachers to engage in conversations and relationship-building with children. Children bond with Primary Care Teachers who provide focused attention.

Exploration Area: Children experiment with new ways of doing things to learn about the world around them. Children manipulate and interact with materials to explore how things fit, move, and balance.

Movement Area: Children can explore by stretching, reaching, crawling, and walking, to develop motor skills, balance, and coordination.
