I believe that building a strong community and learning to socialize and connect is an important aspect of childcare and I strive to foster that within my center. I have over 15 years of experience working in childcare as a caregiver. I started as a floater, and have worked in various different roles in and out of the classroom. I am now enjoying the role as an Associate Director. I'm passionate about supporting my team of leaders.
