Rachel Lopardo, Director
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Certifications: First Aid and CPR
My professional career began nearly 10 years ago as a Pre-K teacher, though I have worked with young children in many capacities since childhood. Over the years, I have grown into roles including Curriculum Director, Assistant Director, and ultimately Director, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue expanding my experience. I love watching children learn and develop through play while building meaningful connections within their communities.

With over 9 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I love creating a positive and supportive environment where students can succeed. I have worked with children from infancy through school age in many different roles as a lead teacher. Certified in CPR and first aid, and holding an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, I am dedicated to creating a fostering safe and nurturing space where the children can grow and learn.
