Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Childtime of Southfield, where children learn and grow in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. Our school is located behind Providence Hospital in the secondary hospital parking lot off JL Hudson Drive and is conveniently located off Northwestern Hwy. We proudly serve families in Oak Park, Berkley, Royal Oak, and Detroit. We are a NAEYC accredited childcare center, meeting nationally recognized standards for high-quality early childhood education.
We offer full-time, part-time, drop-in care, and Summer Camp for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. Our programs include Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Preschool, and Pre-K. We also offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for eligible Pre-K families. Children can also enjoy enrichment programs in Gymnastics, Spanish, and Soccer.
Our team brings more than 210 years of combined experience and is highly qualified, with Child Development Associate (CDA) Credentials, Master’s Degrees in Early Childhood Education, and CPR & First Aid Certifications.
We provide a variety of healthy meal and snack options and encourage children to explore and try new foods as part of their daily routine. Your child’s safety comes first. Our rigorous health and safety standards provide a secure, supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Parents also have access to live streaming video, along with real-time photos, videos, and care updates through our exclusive mobile app, SproutAbout.
