Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime Learning Center in Des Moines, IA. My name is Lisa, and I am the school director. I have over 25 years of experience in early childhood education.

Whether it's through our loving Infant Care or superior Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs, we will ensure your child loves what they are learning through our assessment-based curriculum that is taught by our experienced teachers. We are lucky to have a team with a diverse background of education and experience. On top of the experience, we offer monthly training and development opportunities to ensure our teaching staff is constantly learning.

Our school participates in the Quality Rating system through the state of Iowa. We at this time currently have received a Four-Star Rating.

Caring for children has always been my passion. I owned my own child care business for over 20 years. Now as a director, I take pride in building a great team to provide quality care for children and their families. In my spare time, I love spending time with my five grandchildren.

Robin Miller, Assistant Director

Education: Continuing education course work in Early Childhood Education

I have been working in the education field for over 30 years. I have been a two year old teacher, a Preschool teacher, and a Kindergarten teacher. I enjoy teaching children and have found that they teach me just as much as I teach them. I love reading, baking and spending time with my family and grandchildren.
