Welcome to our Childtime educational daycare in Federal Way, WA. My name is Alma and I am the school director. I've been in early childhood education for 20 years and with this company for over 10 years.
We offer loving care for infants and toddlers as well as superior Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs. Our open concept classrooms have lots of windows and natural light and give children the opportunity to move freely through the many learning areas. Teachers take part in training opportunities throughout the year.
Our school is like an extension of our families and we strive to create a home-like and safe environment for our children. To keep our parents updated each day, we have a mobile app that provides them with live updates and photos of their child throughout the day. I have an open-door policy for families to come in and talk, play, learn, and share with our children. We also have lots of events for our families to get to meet each other.

I've been with this company for over 10 years. I was excited to expand my role from a teacher to assistant director and now, director. My passion has always been working with children - I love the stories that they tell me every day. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and my dogs.

Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens
I have worked at Childtime for three years. I started as a toddler teacher and team lead and then transitioned into the assistant director position. I have a 15-year-old daughter who I enjoy spending time with. I like hiking, road trips and of course, football Sunday.
