Welcome to Childtime, our educational learning center in the Oakleaf/Argyle area of Jacksonville, FL. I am Elizabeth, the center director. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have more than 14 years of experience in the field. Whether it's providing care for infants or organizing preschool activities, I enjoy working with children and making a difference in their lives.
Our center is nationally accredited and has received 5 stars from the Guiding Stars of Duval program!
We have a wonderful team of teachers at our school with well over 100 years of combined experience in early childhood education. Many of our teachers have been with us for more than seven years and they participate in valuable training opportunities throughout the year. All of our lead teachers possess a Child Development Associate's degree or higher.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we remain committed to providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment. Facial coverings are required to enter the building. We screen everyone that enters the building for temperature and symptoms. Upon entering the building everyone must sanitize their hands. All parents and visitors are restricted to the common areas and to maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet apart.
We are excited to share that our school now offers WatchMeGrow Live video streaming. This service gives your secure access to view your child's classroom in real-time, while your child is in our care. This service will come to all families at no additional cost.
Also new starting this summer, we are offering the Prep Lab. This program is an academic enhancement to the My Best Self curriculum in School-Age. This program helps focus on math and literacy skills for grades K-5 and supports e-learning as we go into the next school year.
Schedule a tour today to learn more about our amazing school, and don't forget your facial covering!
Starting at the front door, our already robust health and safety procedures have been enhanced to ensure a clean, welcoming school environment. The well-being of your child is our top priority, now, and always.
Our first priority is making sure infants both are safe and feel safe, in a nurturing, stimulating classroom. Toys and materials allow for freedom of movement within safe boundaries, so children can explore, develop motor skills, and engage their curiosity.Learn More
